It is our choices, Harry, that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities. — Albus Dumbledore

Harry Potter is a series of fantasy novels written by J. K. Rowling. The first book “The Philosopher’s Stone” was published in 1997 – and since then Harry Potter’s adventures magically transfer their readers to the fantastical world of Hogwarts, magic wands and beautiful creatures!

It’s now been 21 years since we first met Harry, Hermione, Ron, Dumbledore and so many other talented wizards! We followed them through their adventures, grasped our breath when they got into trouble and laughed together with them when someone was being silly (thanks, Ron!).

They became a big part of our growing up, and still, we tend to binge watch all the parts together with friends when we feel nostalgic 🙂

In honor of the book and the film series artists from all around the world to this day constantly create Harry Potter Fan Art, and I’m here to share with you 12 of my favorite takes on such a familiar and close to my heart story ♥.

Enjoy it, share it and play this song while you are at it 😉

3. Maria Luisa Di Gravio – “At Hogwarts” Series Of Illustrations

Harry, Ron, Hermione and Neville arrive at Hogwarts for the first time. I changed the story: Neville was in the same boat with Harry, Ron and Hermione but I thought it was funnier to depict him trying to catch Oscar. Also, he is so forgetful I thought he arrived at Hogwarts without his school uniform.

8. Angie Blakewood and Her Magical Illustrations

Molly and Fred Weasley – the Deathly Hallows – So today I want to talk to you seriously about some important things. I drew this piece with tears in my eyes because sometimes in your life just happens something that makes you think about everything at all. I want to talk about Death. Not that Death which is waiting behind the doors in the hospital, waiting for an old man or woman who have already lived a happy long life. I want to talk about Death of the children, the unexpected one. This is not a fairytale. This doesn’t happen just in movies and books or tv-shows. We see it on the TV and we think that it won’t ever happen to us and to our loved ones. But that’s a damn lie. And when Death come to the child of loving parents, that’s the worst thing which can ever happen to us. We care about different stupid trifles and never think about the worst. We argue with our loved ones, we don’t talk to them. But you never know which words are the last ones. And then it’s just… too late. The only way to avoid it is to appreciate your parents, your children, your loved ones, appreciate every moment of this life because you never know what can happen tomorrow. Tell them you love them. Right now. Go and hug the dearest people in your life. I’m not gonna share the details of why I actually wrote it. I made this post to support every mother, every parent who ever lost their child. You’re fighters. You are brave. My heart is with you all the time ❤ Thank you so much if you read this. This is totally more important than any of my problems just few days ago. Because that is what really called wrong. Parents shouldn’t see their children die. This is what hurts like hell. Thank you for the attention. – – Just to clarify some things: I didn’t lose anyone. A closest friend of mine did.
