What’s In The Box?

First of all, we obviously have the display tablet itself.

It looks really stylish and slim! So, definitely easy to take with you to work/school/ for a road trip.

Although it looks thin, it definitely has weight to it and feels durable, not easy to break.

Then, there is the stylus.

It feels just right in my hand, as though I’m holding a regular pencil – and I love that! I also like that it’s kind of rubber where I’m holding it, so it doesn’t slide down my fingers.

Then we have the stand for your Innovator 16 display tablet, and it’s perhaps the only thing I’m not crazy about.

It only has one angle of position and you can’t adjust that.

It’s not an issue if you want to place the tablet flat on the table, or if this angle works for you.

Otherwise, there is an easy fix! I place books under the stand to make it fit exactly the angle that is good for me 🙂

And we also have the pen holder with 8 pen nibs, drawing glove, cleaning cloth and everything needed to get it up and running (like power adapter, quick guide and the cables).

Innovator 16 VS Artist 15.6 Pro Comparison – What’s Different?

As I’ve had the pleasure to work with both tablets, it’s pretty easy to say that the differences are not that major for me.

The new tablet, Innovator 16, is more stylish, slimmer, easier to take places, has an extra wheel, and a bit better colors.

Here’s a more side-by-side comparison:

  1. Both Artist 15.6 Pro and Innovator 16 displays have full laminated technology that seamlessly combines the glass and the screen.

2. They both have the same 15.6″ size display.

But, the Innovator 16 has the slimmest size yet – only 9″. That’s what makes it a much better travel companion, if you want something that can go places with you without too much struggle.

3. Innovator 16 has 5% better color gamut! 🙂

4. Artist 15.6 Pro has 8 shortcut keys and 1 roller wheel.

Innovator 16 also has 8 shortcut keys and one roller wheel, but it also has one virtual wheel, which serves as an additional shortcut.

At first, it was a bit unusual to work with it, but as I got more used to it – the additional roller wheel became a huge time saver in my work.

5. Both tablets come with a battery-free stylus that has 8192 levels of pressure sensitivity and 60 degree tilt recognition.

They perform the same, the only difference is the design of the stylus itself.

6. Both tablets come with the same portable stand.

I put mine on books and it works perfectly. The tablet never slid from it and feels very firm in place.

7. Also, both are connected via a 3-in-1 cable. This makes for a cleaner desktop and a faster connect/disconnect process.

8. And finally, there is a small price difference between the two, with Innovator 16 costing $50 more.

But, it’s a newer model, looks more stylish in my opinion, it’s lighter, has an extra time-saving virtual wheel and better colors.

So for me it was worth it! What about you?
